Gluten Free Goodies is run from home by Denise Thomas. Gluten Free Goodies came about when, in June 2008, I found out I was gluten intolerant. When searching for substitutes for cakes and other goodies I was surprised to find that there wasn't much choice of good tasting gluten free cakes and other goodies on the market so I decided to make my own. Once I began I became aware of many other people who are also gluten or wheat intolerant and they were only too happy to sample my food.

I don't believe just because my food cannot contain market staples such as wheat, barley, rye or oats that it should mean that I have to go without or have limited choice in what I eat so I set up my business to bring tasty, moist and good looking food to people like myself who miss some of the good things that many people can take for granted - like chocolate cake!

I am always looking to expand my repertoire and as I develop new products so I look forward to introducing them to you through this site.
